Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of Platezy: Barbell Calculator (“the app”) and this website, provided by Meticha. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. The app is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
What the app does
Platezy calculates barbell plate loadouts, warmup sets, percentage tables and loaded-bar totals, and lets you keep a personal lift log. It works offline and stores your data on your device.
Use at your own risk
Calculations are provided as a convenience. Always check the plates actually on your bar, make sure collars are secure, and use a spotter and safe technique. The app is not medical or coaching advice, and we are not responsible for injury, equipment damage or loss arising from lifting. Plate weights at your gym may differ slightly from nominal values.
Free features and Platezy Pro
The core calculator is free. Platezy Pro unlocks the Warmup Ladder, Percentages Matrix, Reverse Dialer, PR Lift Log and custom bars and plates. Pro is available as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription (which may include a free trial) and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and App Store before you buy and may vary by region.
Subscriptions and billing
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can restore previous purchases from the paywall on any device signed in to the same Apple ID.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, or use it in violation of applicable law, except as permitted by law or Apple’s license terms.
Intellectual property
The app, its design and its content belong to Meticha. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it. Your own lift data remains yours.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Meticha is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss exceeding the amount you paid for the app in the previous twelve months.
Changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
