Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This policy explains how Platezy: Barbell Calculator (“the app”), published by Meticha, handles information. The short version: the app works entirely on your device and we do not collect your data.

Information we collect

None. Platezy has no accounts, no sign-in and no backend servers. We do not receive your name, email address, location, workouts or any other personal information.

Data stored on your device

Your settings (units, selected bar, collars, haptics), your plate and barbell inventory, and your PR and lift log entries are stored locally on your iPhone. This data is not transmitted to us. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets read a summary of your latest calculation from an app group shared only between Platezy and its own widget on your device. Deleting the app removes this data.

Analytics, advertising and tracking

The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, and does not track you across other apps or websites.

Purchases

Platezy Pro subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles your payment details and purchase history; we never see your payment information. Apple’s own privacy policy applies to those transactions. We may receive aggregated sales and diagnostics reports from Apple that do not identify you.

This website

This website is a static information page. It does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and requested page) for security and operations.

Children

Platezy does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and publish the new version on this page.
